Hello,
I have noticed in recent days, that's down packages.medibuntu.org. I have the Medibuntu source sources.list in my APT. For an update of the sources is then always the error, the index files could not be loaded.

 What can be ? Make 
 

This can be explained quite easily: change the entry for APT Medibuntu.

 
 This opens her your APT sources list (using the console or ALT + F2) 

gksu gedit / etc / apt / sources.list

Note: If
use their Karmic so replaced karmic with lucid, hardy, etc.

After you have replaced the & saved, then just run a

sudo apt-get update . Now, the sources should run again
