for this great tutorial by Frank found HERE at my Teen girl immediately enthusiasm and finally, they managed to sew three bands. One was immediately given away for her birthday and decorate the other two neck and wrist.

Even my son has now declared need, it contributes very much like any bands around the arm.

Thanks Frank for the great tutorial, I'm thinking some will still follow.
